摘要：The present invention provides methods and apparatus for transmitting andreceiving warning messages by using Vehicle to Everything (V2X) services. One ofembodiments of the present invention is performed by a vehicle user equipment (VUE)and comprising steps of receiving a first Message transmission Guideline Package (MGP)message including geographical coordination information related with an MGP area and avalue tag indicating time information for updating the MGP message; checking the valuetag is changed or not; and transmitting a first warning message based on the first MGPmessage when the value tag is not expired; or transmitting a second warning messagebased on a second MGP message when the value tag is expired, wherein at least atransmission frequency or a transmission power for the second warning message aredetermined base on the second MGP message, and wherein the MGP area representswhere MGP profiles are the same.
