语言手法 具体准确的描述
在描写事务时要做到具体准确（Precise Deions），切忌抽象空洞。例如：“The room's floor area is 120 square meters.”和 “The room is rather big.”两句相比，前者描写具体准确，而后者则显得空洞。再举下面几对例句： (1) Congratulations on your recent honor. 祝贺您最近所得到的荣誉。（笼统）
Congratulations on your selection as outstanding salesperson of the year. 祝贺您当选本年度的最佳推销员。(具体)
(2) We have raised many anti-dumping suits against foreign exporters in the first half of this year.
