L: The higher eduction in China only give the students one opportunity every year. The students choose their main researching direction not depend on their interest,but the need of instructors. G: Yeal, I agree your opinion. About training mode, do you have any views?
L: …The mode is\"stringent entry, lenient exit\" mode in China.As long as you enter school, you can graduate and get the certificate. However, the mode in America is just the opposite, which is a \"lenient entry, stringent exit\" mode. Entering the university is relatively easy, but graduation is very hard.
