摘要：PURPOSE:To synchronize serial reception in the serial data receiver.

CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted from a serial clock input means 10 is inputted to 1stand end level discrimination means 100, 110, and every time the 1st discrimination means100 discriminates it that the signal level is a predetermined setting level, an output of aregister means 30 is set to a counter means 40 and an output of the 2nd discriminationmeans 110 is used to count the data by a counter means 40 repetitively. Thus, a head bitof a block of a serial reception data is recognized and the synchronization in the unit ofblocks attained.
