一、怎样面对压力(How to Deal with Stress)

stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure. both our feelings and our bodies get upset. we can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stress for too long.stress can come at us from every direction.for instance, it can come from fights with other people. it can come when we have too many things to do and too little time to do them. it can also come when we do not have enough money to pay for what we want.since stress can make us sick, we have to learn how to deal with it. there are good ways and bad ways to do so. we should deal with stress in good ways, of course. good ways to cut down on stress include changing our lifestyles. for example, we can learn either to get along with people or to stay away from them. we can decide what to do now, what to do later, and what to leave off doing forever. we can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want.

we should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on stress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and leaving our work undone, blaming our problems on someone else, stealing or cheating.

二、When we are children, there are lots of people ask about our dreams, and our answers most are doctors, policemen, teachers etc. But when we grow up, we have to face the reality, not everyone would realize childhood dreams, and some of these dreams even are unrealistic which will never be able to achieve. Therefore, we need correctly treat the relationship between dream and reality.

在我们小时候，会有很多人问我们的梦想是什么，医生，警察，老师等很多职业都是我们口中的梦想。但是当我们长大后，都必须面对现实，并不是每个人都能实现小时候的梦想。有些梦想都不切实际，并永远无法实现，所以我们应该正确看待梦想和现实的关系。

三、1、First of all, dream is the spiritual power to encourage people progress. Napoleon once said: “He is a bad soldier who doesn't dream of becoming a general”. In the process of growing up, we must want to give up our purpose when encounter difficulties, and at the moment, dreams would be the power for us to insist on.

首先，梦想是鼓励人进步的精神动力。拿破仑曾说过，不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵。在成长的过程中，我们一定会遇到因为困难而放弃目标的情况，但是这时梦想就是我们坚持的动力。

2、Second, reality is a reflection of the real environment. Many people think dream is heaven, and reality is hell, but in my opinion, reality is a double-edged sword which makes us keep a sense of crisis. When young people addicted to the unpractical dreams, reality would awaken them which would avoid them make wrong judgment.

其次，现实是真实环境的反射。很多人都认为梦想是天堂，现实是地狱，但无法避免。现实就是面双刃剑，可以让人时刻保持危机感。在年轻人沉迷于梦想的时候敲醒他们，以致他们不会错处错误的判断。

3、In my opinion, both dream and reality are important, young people can't

ignore one of them. The most critical thing in life is using positive attitude to face the constantly changing society, and strive to cultivate interests, which will be easier to succeed.

梦想和现实都很重要，年轻人不能忽略其中一个。但是我认为，人生最关键的是要以积极的心态面对这个不断变化着的社会，努力培养自己的兴趣、这样才比较容易成功。

四、1、As there are a lot of languages in the world, it will make lots of difficulties when we communicate with people from other countries. However, smile is a kind of magic language that everyone can read easily, no matter where he comes from.

由于世界上有很多种语言，这让我们在与来自其他国家的人交流时带来了很多的困难。然而，微笑是一种神奇的语言，不管来自何方大家都可以轻松地理解。

2、For one thing, smile can transfer warmth and energy. As graduates, we are faced with a lot of recruitment. Each of us is nervous. But when we see the smile on others’ faces, it's just like the golden sunshine. Smile is just the medium of positive energy.

首先，微笑可以传递温暖和能量。作为大学生，我们面临着很多招聘。我们每个人都很紧张。但当我们看到别人脸上的微笑，就像温暖的阳光。微笑只是正能量的媒介。

3、For the other thing, smile can express friendship. When we praise others, just bonus a smile, it will be prettier than amount of words.

其次，微笑可以表示友谊。当我们称赞别人时，只要奖励一个微笑，那会比任何词都漂亮。

4、It is obvious that smile is a good way to show your respect to others. Smile is the shortest distance between two people. Wish you have good relationships with others.

很明显的微笑是展示尊敬的好方法。微笑是两个人之间最短的距离。希望大家可以与他人友好相处

5、A large number of students hold a misunderstanding towards history study because they consider it as useless and boring. However, each subject has its own value, not excepting history.

很多学生对于学习历史都有一定的误解，因为他们觉得历史既没用也无聊。然而，每个学科都有自己的价值，历史也不例外。

6、There are several points accounting for my view. In the first place, history is a part of culture, which is the spiritual backbone of a nation. Through learning history, we can appreciate the culture of a country, as well as the history of its development, so that we can understand our nation better. In the second place, history learning helps us to make correct decision. By review the history of our nation’s development, we are able to avoid some mistakes which we had made in the past and draw lessons from past experience, which is helpful for us to make correct decision. Last but not least, we can learn some new ways of thinking from

learning history. By learning different ways to solve problems in history, we will be the people with a compressive mind.

有几点理由可以支持我的观点。首先，历史是文化的一部分，是一个民族的精神支柱。通过学习历史，我们可以看到一个国家的文化，以及它的发展史，这样我们才可以更好地了解我们的国家。第二，学习历史可以帮助我们做出正确的决定。通过回顾我国发展的历史，我们可以避免一些过去曾经犯过的错误，并从过去的经验中吸取教训，这有助于我们做出正确的决定。最后但并非最不重要的是，从历史的学习中我们可以学到一些新的思维方式。通过学习历史上不同的解决问题方法，我们会成为一个想法多多的人。

7、I have a dream from childhood. I want to be a journalist when I grow up. A journalist can do a lot of things. I prefer to go out rather than stay beside the desk. As a journalist, I can often go out to do interview or search news. In a word, if I am a journalist, I can usually go out for work. This is what I want. Secondly, I want to stand in the first line of the world, and not want to be out. Journalist is the bridge to collect news. This is a good way fit for my interest. Thirdly, I want to be useful for the society. I think making a variety of news well-known to all common people is kind of a useful person. At least, being a journalist, I would not be a useless person. Last but least, I want to help people. As a journalist, I can reveal some people’s difficulty to appeal the help of people from all walks of life. For example, if I report the difficulty of a poor family, it may cause the attention from other people and then automatically donate to them. In general, to be a journalist is very proud for me. I will try my best to reach my dream.

8、我从小就有一个梦想。当我长大后我想成为一名记者。记者可以做很多的事情。我

宁愿出去外面跑也不愿意呆在桌子旁边工作。作为一名记者，我可以经常去做采访或搜索新闻。总之，如果我是一个记者，我就可以出去外面工作。这正是我想要的。其次，我想站在世界前线，而不想落后。记者是收集新闻的桥梁。这种方式很适合我的兴趣。第三，我想成为对社会有用的人。我觉得让各种各样的信息总所周知的人算是有用的人。至少，作为一个记者，我不会是一个没用的人。最后，我希望能够帮助别人。作为一个记者，我可以揭露一些人的困难，呼吁社会各界人士的帮助。例如，如果我把一个贫困家庭的困难告知大家，这就可能会引起他人的关注，然后主动帮助他们。总之，对我来说，成为一名记者是一件很自豪的事。我会尽我最大的努力去实现我的梦想。
