Safety Operating Procedure of Concrete Mixing Station

1、混凝土搅拌站的安装，应由专业人员按出厂说明书规定进行，并应在技术人员主持下，组织调试，在各项技术性能指标全部符合规定并经验收合格后，方可投产使用。

The installation of the concrete mixing station requires a professional knowing installation instructions, technical knowledge, debugging and all technical performance indicators that can conform to the provisions of qualified and experienced person for quality production. 2、作业前检查项目应符合下列要求：

The following requirements must be checked before the project:

⑴拌筒内和各配套机构的传动、运动部位及仓门、斗门、轨道等均无异物卡住。

Mixing barrel should form a complete set of institutions in transmission, moving parts and warehouse door. Tract sleeves should be free of foreign stuck materials. ⑵润滑油箱的油面高度符合规定。

The lubricating oil tank level height should be in line with regulations.

⑶开阀门排放气路系统中气水分离器的过多积水，打开贮气筒排污螺丝放出油水混合物。

Open the valve to discharge gas in the circuit system thus separating gas with too much water and open the air storage tank in order to drain out oil-water mixture.

⑷提升斗或拉铲的钢丝绳安装、卷筒缠绕均正确，钢丝绳及滑轮符合规定，提升料斗及拉铲的制动器灵敏有效。

Ensure that rope installation, bucket or pull shovel and hoisting drum are correct. The steel wire rope and pulley must be in line with the provisions. Hopper and shovel brake should sensitive and effective. ⑸部螺丝已紧固，各进、排料阀门无超限磨损，各输送带的张紧度适当，不跑偏。

Each screw must be tightened. The inlet and discharge should have no excessive wear of the valve. The conveyor belt tensioning degree must be appropriate to avoid wandering. ⑹量装置的所有控制和显示部分工作正常，其精度符合规定。

The display part of the weighing device must be normal and able to control all works to the accuracy within the rules.

⑺电气装置能有效地控制机械动作，各接触点和动、静触头无明显损伤。

All electrical devices should effectively control the mechanical action as well as dynamic and static contact has no any damage.

3、应按搅拌站的技术性能准备合格的砂、石骨料，粒径超出许可范围的不得使用。

Sand and stone aggregate particle size not meeting the permission scope shall not be used and be prepared according to the technical characteristics of the mixing station.

4、机组各部分应逐步启动。启动后，各部件运转情况和各仪表指示情况应正常，油、气、水的压力符合要求，方可开始作业。

The unit parts should start step by step. When activated, the workings of the parts and the instructions in the instrument should be normal and meets the requirements of oil, gas, water and pressure, before starting work.

5、作业过程中，在贮料区内和提升斗下，严禁人员进出。

During operation process, the personnel is forbidden in and out of the bucket storage zone and ascension. 6、搅拌筒启动前应盖好仓盖。机械运转中，严禁将手、脚伸入料斗或搅拌筒探摸。

Before starting, the mixing drum should have no mechanical problem and don’t put the hands and feet into the hopper or mixing barrel.

7、当拉铲被障碍物卡死时，不得强行起拉，不得用拉铲起吊重物，在拉料过程中，不得进行回转操作。

When pull shovel is stuck by the barrier do not forcibly pull. Don′t use the shovel to lift heavy objects. Turning operation off is not allowed when puller is working.

8、搅拌机满载搅拌时不得停机，当发生故障或停电时，应立即切断电源，锁好开关箱，将搅拌筒内的混凝土清除干净，然后排除故障或等待电源恢复。

When Mixer is full, mixing may not stop. In case of power failure, cut off the power and lock the switch box immediately and clear out the concrete within the mixing barrel then troubleshoot or wait for the power recovery.

9、搅拌站各机械不得超载作业；应检查电动机的运转情况，当发现运转声音异常或温升过高时，应立即停机检查；电压过低时不得强制运行。

Each station machinery shall not be overloaded homework. Should check the running condition of motor, when found running abnormal voice or temperature is too high, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to check and Shall not be forced when the voltage is too low.

10、搅拌机停机前，应先卸载，然后按顺序关闭各部开关和管路。应将螺旋管内的水泥全部输送出来，管内不得残留任何物料。

Before mixer downtime, should first uninstall then switch off the ministries and pipeline in sequence. Should carry out all the cement in the spiral tube, the tube should not have any residual material.

11、作业后，应清理搅拌筒、出料门及出料斗，并用水冲洗，同时冲洗附加剂及其供给系统。称量系统的刀座、刀口应清洗干净，并应确保称量精度。

After operation, should clean up the mixing barrel, discharging door and out of the hopper, and rinse additive and its supply system at the same time. Knife edge should be clean, and ensure the weighing system accuracy.

12、当搅拌站转移或停用时，应将水箱、附加剂箱、水泥、砂、石贮存料斗及称量斗内的物料排净，并清洗干净。转移中，应将杠杆秤表头平衡砣秤杆固定，传感器应卸载。

When transfering station or stop, there should be water tank, admixture, cement, sand, stone material within the storage hopper and weighing hopper net, and should be fixed beam balance.The beam balance meter mound sensors should be unloaded.
