摘要：The invention comprises a hard surface cleaning composition including anenvironmentally friendly, surfactant derived from renewable bio-based resources. Thecleaning composition includes a mixture of alkyl polypentosides and alkyl polyglucosideshaving primarily between 8 and 11 carbon atoms as a surfactant, an acid source, anoptional solvent, a water conditioning agent and water. The hard surface cleaner ispreferably substantially free of alkyl phenol ethoxylates and is effective at removingfood soils including 20% protein.
