摘要：The present invention relates to a low solvent content type- coating

composition which provides the resultant coating with improved surface appearance, acidresistance, alkali resistance, weathering resistance, scuff resistance and solvent resistance,while the content of an organic solvent of the coating composition can be much reducedto 0 to 30% at 25. degree. C. The low solvent content type-coating compositioncomprises a vinyl oligomer having a blocked carboxyl group and an additional groupselected from an epoxy group, a silanol group, a hydrolyzable silyl group and an acidanhydride group. The vinyl oligomer has a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 600to 2000, a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 600 to 5000, and a ratio of a weightaverage molecular weight/a number average molecular weight (Mw/Mn) of 1.0 to 2.5. Theblocked carboxyl group and an additional group may be present in the same or different

vinyl oligomers.
