SAP_R3_IDES配置安装

This documentation explains how to install the SAP IDES Version 4.6C on Windows 2000 Server. For reader convenience, we have a number of assumptions and pre-setup, the follow lists are details:

z The operation system (OS) should be MS Windows 2000 Advance Server z And install service pack 4 and latest patch.

z All necessary software should be copy to hard disk, include oracle database

8.1.7, IDES, SAPGui, etc. the following example suppose as D:\\IDES46C z For pre-setup process, please refer below picture:

Part 1: Pre-Setup of Operation System

Right click on context menu of icon “my computer”, select properties:

Select tab “Advance”:

Virtual memory setup: as 4 times of physical memory.

Part 2: Installation of Oracle Database Software

Start Oracle 8.1.7 install program from path as following:

D:\\IDES46C\\RDBMS\\ORACLE817\\CD51015539\\NT\\I386\\install\\win32\\setup.exe

Set parameter as required by install program as below list:

Configuration of Oracle HTTP Server

Start Command from path follow:

\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Oracle - CNC817\\Oracle HTTP Server\\Stop HTTP Server powered by Apache

From computer management tool, set service for

as Manual startup type.

Startup Oracle update program by:

D:\\IDES46C\\RDBMS\\ORACLE817\\CD51019699\\NT\\I386\\Patches\\8.1.7.4.1\\install\\win32\\setup.exe

When install is finished, restart windows 2000.

Part 3 - Installation of SAP Kernel for ORACLE

Launch install program by command:

D:\\IDES46C\\KERNEL\\ORACLE\\CD51015070\\NT\\COMMON\\R3SETUP.BAT

setup SAP instance name: CNC

installation directory:e:\\Users\\cncadm\\Install

log off from windows 2000 when installation is done.

Part 4 - Installation of SAP IDES

launch SAP IDES installation program as following:

\\Start Menu\\Programs\\SAP System Setup for CNC\\Install Central & Database Instance

instance number: 00

Directory of SAP system: E:

log off current user and log on as user adm

Part 4 - Installation of SAPGUI

startup install program from path as follow: D:\\IDES46C\\SAPGUI640\\Source\\setup.exe
