摘要：A waterproof carrying case formed from a soft flexible materials using dielectricwelding. A main body of the bag carries an interlocking closure member fused in an opentrap and sealed against the main body by a pair of end sleeves positioned over a cornerof the main body and the closure member. A pair of opening loop handles is secured tothe main body adjacent the closure member. By pulling on the loop handles, a user canopen the tightly closed interlocking closure.
