摘要：A coffee milling process comprising the steps of: introducing particles of aroasted coffee precursor into a milling chamber 2; introducing particles of soluble coffeeinto the milling chamber; jetting a gas into the milling chamber to mobilise the particlesof the roasted coffee precursor and soluble coffee. The process produces a milled andblended coffee product by comminuting the particles of the roasted coffee precursor byself-collision with other particles of the roasted coffee precursor and by collision withparticles of soluble coffee. Methods for providing freeze-dried and spray-dried coffeeare described. A freeze-dried soluble coffee product comprising soluble coffee andground coffee is also disclosed.
