There is no denying that the development of technology have profound impact on our life that it makes our life more colorful, more convenient and more quick. Dating back to 125000 years ago, from the early humans have the technology of fire controlling that allowed humans to boil the food and obtain warmth and protection. Due to the control of this technology, the expansion of human activity into dark and colder hours of the night, and provided protection from predators and insects. By now, our world has entered the hi-tech age marked by digital technology. When we need to go outside, we have formed a modern three-dimensional transportation network with strong transportation capacities that can extend in all directions. Moreover, we also have different kinds of advanced transport that from the bike to the car, even planes, ships and rockets. Similarly, the aspect of our eating, using and living all closely related to the technology.

However, the technology, whose impact on our life is far beyond our perception. First of all, we are excessively dependent on the technology. It is hardly to imagine that what we can do without the internet as well as the product of the

technology. Secondly, up to now, the development of technology bases mainly on the consumption of energy, it has a great damage to the environment.

In my mind, on the one hand, we need to appreciate the changes in our life which brings from the technology. On the other hand, we should keep the balance between the technology and life. Therefore, we should take effective measures to develop new techniques to reduce the energy consumption.
