摘要：Described are methods of treating viral disease using compounds that blockinhibitory NK cell receptors, thereby reducing their inhibition of NK cell cytotoxicity inkilling infected target cells. In one embodiment, the compound is an antibody binding, forexample, one or more of the human KIR2DL1, KIR2DL2, and KIR2DL3 receptors. In anotherembodiment, the method further comprises administering a therapeutic antibody orfusion protein which binds an antigen expressed on cells infected with the virus.
