考博详解与指导厦门大学考博管理学院经济学试题
一英语，二就是管理经济学，三是你报的专业课。管理经济学一向是周老师出题，不过她今年要调到北京某高校去了。但今年我一拿到题，就觉得今年的题一定是她出的。题不难。不过对我这种经济学功底一般的人而言，做起来还是有点紧张的。一、简答，三题，每题十分1、“房价高导致地价高”还是“地价高导致房价高”2、简述一、二、三级价格歧视3、政府为什么要限价？限价有什么后果？二、计算题，十分一个1、一个斯威齐模型，第一问证明为什么成本上升不超过25%，企业就不会改变价格。第二问问如果市场需求变化，企业最多可增加产量多少，而不改变价格。尹伯成书上一个现题，连数字都没改。2、给出一个需求方程，并且任何情况下，AC=1.5，问：在完全竞争市场上，P，Q，消费者和生产者剩余；在完全垄断市场上，P，Q，消费者和生产者剩余；如果在完全垄断市场上，企业能进行一级价格歧视，那么P，Q，消费者和生产者剩余为多少。三、论述题，十五分一个1、谈企业使用多种生产要素的条件2、四、案例题一个小镇，退休人居多，一家公司，先以$10请人，这个价格差不多是当地平均工资的两倍，但还是人手不足。新经理想了个法子，8小时内还是$10/小明，超过的，$15/小时，于是搞定。请分析，为什么新经理方法有效？第二个论述题第一部分、传统面试问题（SampleTraditionalInterviewQuestions）1、Whatcanyoutellmeaboutyourself?（关于你自己，你能告诉我些什么？）这一问题如果面试没有安排自我介绍的时间的话。这是一个必问的问题。考官并不希望你大谈你的个人历史，他是在寻找有关你性格、资历、志向和生活动力的线索，来判断你是否适合读研或者MBA。下面是一个积极正面回答的好例子：“在高中我参加各种竞争性体育活动，并一直努力提高各项运动的成绩。大学期间，我曾在一家服装店打工，我发现我能轻而易举地将东西推销出去。销售固然重要，但对我来说，更重要的是要确信顾客能够满意。不久便有顾客返回那家服装店点名让我为他们服务。我很有竞争意识，力求完美对我很重要。”更多资料下载www.caisiedu.com
