超支化环氧树脂多功能助剂及高性能导热绝缘环氧胶

超支化环氧树脂具有低粘度、良好的溶解性、高密度端基官能团、高分子量特点。能有效增强增韧环氧树脂等热固性树脂和塑料等,降低加工粘度。是有效改性剂和助剂。可用于制备绿色环保无溶剂胶粘剂、灌封胶、导热胶、涂料等产品。高性能导热绝缘环氧胶采用Al2O3、SiC、AlN、BN等微/纳米粒子填充于环氧树脂复合而成,具有优异的导热性、机械性能和电绝缘性,外观均一,半透明,应用于电机、电器、电子元器件的绝缘、封装和粘结,提高器件散热效果,延长使用寿命。

Hyperbranched Epoxy Assistant Agent and Thermally Conductive Adhesives

New hyperbranched epoxy is synthesized via one-pot condensation and hyperbranched epoxy exhibit lower melt and solution vicosities, high peripheral functionality, and small dimensions of the hyperbranched polymer molecules compared with their molecular weigtht than linear polymers of the same mass. They are available to be used as processing acids, branching agent, compatibilizers and tougheners for conventional thermoplastics and thermosets. They could be used to prepared low viscosity, high flowing and environmentally friendly insulate materials and free varnish.

Thermally conductive adhesives are increasingly important for electronic packaging because the reliability, performance and miniaturization of electronics are limited by its

heat dissipation ability. Modified nanoparticles were filled into epoxy adhesives to prepare thermally conductive adhesives. The product show improved thermally conductivity and mechanical properties without sacrificing bulk resistivity. The nanoparticles well dispersed into polymer matrix and the product is translucent. Thermally conductive adhesives based on epoxy, hyperbranched epoxy (HTTE) and nano-Al2O3 show higher toughness of epoxy composites without sacrificing thermal conductivity and bulk resistivity compared to the neat epoxy and Al2O3/DGEBA, obtaining a well dispersion of nanoparticles in epoxy matrix and solving the drawbacks for single fillers filled epoxy nanocomposite.
