stretches ,while easy to grasp.Also the effect on health is obvious .Therefore ,it becomes to the most ubiquitous TCM health practice .

According to Chinese Medicine,spirit is the power for the functional activity of human body ,as well as the key communication and coordination of the whole body .So how to control your breath is more important when you do shadowboxing .You should do exercises coordinating with homogeneous breathing .Chinese Medicine views the lung and kidney as the root of all resource .Combing the lungs and kidneys together,then you will breathe

finely ,homogeneously ,long and slowly .This calls Misogi breathing .The abdominal breathing is not only to enhance the function of the lung ventilation and tonify the kidney .When the pubic region is filled with spirit ,then you can achieve regimens .

At the same time ,body is the basis of spirit .So doing regimens should maintain healthy first .And making it sound ,harmonize with spirit and will.Keeping fit by doing exercises is one of the characteristic of Tai Chi. Spirit circulates in Ren channel ,Du channel ,Dai channel and Chong channel .It uplinks from Meridian to shoulders ,arms,elbows and wrists.And downwards to

hips,knees and ankles.Finally it arrives to the four limbs.After your muscles,bones ,joints and all limbs will be exercised . Thereby, you get exercise .
