Speaking of setting off firecrackers, I think of my father and I set off firecrackers together. It was the night of the new year's Eve. The red lanterns in the community had already been hung high on the trees. My father and I secretly bought some firecrackers and set off firecrackers at the designated place. We took a very large board and padded it under it to avoid making a big hole in the floor. The board is about two meters long and one meter wide. We let the people around us get out of the way, and then we started to set off firecrackers. I hold a lighter in my left hand and a firecracker in my right hand. I slowly light the firecrackers. What a fun night that day!
